Frequently Asked Questions

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order, excluding public holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. During sale periods, or within the days following a Limited edition collection launch, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.

For orders within Australia, normally it takes about 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch & for delivery in rural or regional areas, please allow 4-6 working days.

Yes, you are more than welcome to collect your purchase from our little  home showroom in Clyde North, VIC. please ensure you choose 'click and collect' before you finalise payment and we will contact you to arrange the collecting time. 

We trust that you will love and enjoy all our Premium Sound Healing Instruments that we designed, created from the heart, and produced them with care, precision & special requirements that are specifically created for Professional Sound Healing Practitioners. Sadly, we do not offer return, nor exchange for change of mind, nor refund. However, please do not worry if somehow you received the instrument that you purchase from us with manufacturer defects, of course we will offer an exchange for that particular instrument. If that occurs, please contact us immediately after you have received your purchase at hello@lovingkindness.today

We're truly sorry that you feel unwell and can't join us at the event that you booked. Sadly, tickets are not refundable nor can be transferred to any other events. 

However, you can transfer your ticket to your beloved friend or family, who you feel will benefit from attending the event/session to attend the particular event that you booked. We hope this helps.
